摘  要:为有效评估当前柴油机的运行状态,提出一种基于时频特征与主成分分析相结合的船用柴油发电机参数评估方法。利用传感器采集柴油发电机运行数据,采用时频分析方法提取运行状态的相关特征,利用主成分分析计算各特征的贡献率,找到对当前船用柴油机发电机组运行状态有效评估的参数。最后,搭建船用柴油发电机参数评估方法研究的试验平台,验证所提方法的有效性。In order to effectively evaluate the running status of diesel engines,a parameter evaluation method for ship diesel generator sets based on time-frequency analysis and principal component analysis is proposed.Sensors are used to collect the operation data of diesel generator sets,and then time-frequency analysis is used to extract relevant features of the operating status.Principal component analysis is used to calculate the contribution rate of each feature and find the parameters that effectively evaluate the current ship diesel generator set operation status.Finally,an experimental platform for the research of ship diesel generator set parameter evaluation methods is built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
