摘　　要：随着建筑行业发展及项目复杂度增加,科学有效的成本控制方法至关重要,工程量清单计价法作为广泛应用的成本估算和控制方法,对建筑项目经济效益和成本管理影响显著。本文分析其在成本控制中的应用,探讨该方法如何凭借精确成本估算和动态成本管理有效控制项目成本并保障按预算执行,研究发现其提供详细成本组成和变动情况增强管理者控制能力,降低超支风险,提升项目经济效益。With the development of the construction industry and the increasing complexity of projects,scientific and effective cost control methods are crucial.The quantity bill valuation method,as a widely used cost estimation and control method,has a significant impact on the economic benefits and cost management of construction projects.This article analyzes its application in cost control and explores how this method can effectively control project costs and ensure budget execution through accurate cost estimation and dynamic cost management.The study found that it provides detailed cost composition and changes to enhance managers'control ability,reduce overspending risks,and improve project economic benefits.
