摘　　要：建设以专业素质为基础、以学生成长为中心、以高质量出口为导向,具有学科育人特色的学科思政育人体系,对于高校落实立德树人根本任务具有重要意义。文章在厘清学科思政内涵的基础上,分析了当前学科思政育人过程中存在的问题和面临的挑战,并以浙江大学化工学科为例,探索了具有系统性、精准性和实效性的学科思政育人体系的构建与实践路径。Building a subject ideological and political education system with the characteristics of professional quality as the basis,student growth as the center,and high-quality output orientation is of great significance for universities to implement the fundamental task of nurturing students'morality and talents.Based on clarifying the connotation of subject ideological and political education,this article analyzes the problems existing in the current process of subject ideological and political education and the challenges,and takes the discipline of chemical engineering at Zhejiang University as an example,to explore the construction and practice path of a systematic,precise,and effective subject ideological and political education system.
