摘  要:为科学评估高校实验室事故应急处置能力,文章基于霍尔三维模型,构建了高校实验室应急能力评估指标体系;采用G1序关系法和熵权法组合赋权确定各级指标权重,并提出了高校实验室应急能力评估组合赋权云模型。以某高校为研究对象,应用组合赋权云模型对该校实验室事故应急处置能力进行综合评估的结果表明,该方法能较好地解决评估过程模糊性与随机性强的问题,客观评估高校实验室应急能力水平,为提升高校实验室应急能力提供科学参考。In order to scientifically evaluate the accident emergency response capability of university laboratories,an evaluation index system of accident emergency response capability of university laboratories is constructed based on Hall three-dimensional model.The combination weighting of G1 method and entropy weight method is used to determine the index weight,and the combined weighting cloud model for emergency response capability evaluation of university laboratories is proposed.Taking a university as the research object,the model is used to evaluate the laboratory accident emergency response capability.The result shows that the evaluation method can better solve the problem of strong fuzziness and randomness in the evaluation process,and objectively determine the emergency response capacity level of university laboratories,which can provide a scientific reference for improving the emergency response capacity of university laboratories.
