摘　　要：实验室安全管理队伍建设是确保高校实验室安全有序运行的基础。文章分析了实验室安全管理队伍建设的必要性,深入探讨了高校实验室安全管理队伍建设的现状和存在的问题,并提出了高校实验室安全管理队伍建设的优化路径,为高校实验室安全管理工作的开展提供参考。Building a laboratory safety management team is the foundation for ensuring the safe and orderly operation of laboratories in colleges.This article analyzes the necessity of building a laboratory safety management team,and deeply discusses the current situation and existing problems of laboratory safety management team construction in colleges,then proposes optimized paths to build a laboratory safety management team,providing a reference for the implementation of laboratory safety management incolleges.
