摘　　要：在应用型高校中,加强就业指导课程思政建设对于帮助大学生树立爱岗敬业、报效祖国与服务社会的职业观和价值观,具有积极的推动作用。在当前严峻的就业形势下,应用型高校大学生就业指导课程思政建设面临与实际联系不紧密以及缺乏贯通性、针对性与应用性等问题。为解决这些问题,应用型高校应在就业指导课中积极融入思政元素,以创新教学方法与教学模式为手段,培养大学生高尚的职业道德;以提升大学生自身综合素质为目标,培养大学生过硬的专业技能;以践行社会主义核心价值观为导向,培养大学生深厚的家国情怀。In application-oriented universities,strengthening the ideological and political education construction in the course of Career Guidance has a positive role in helping college students establish their values in love and dedication for our country,serve the local economy and the society.Under the current severe employment situation,the ideological and political construction is faced with many problems.It is not closely related to practice and lack of coherence,pertinence and application.In order to solve these problems,applied-universities should actively integrate ideological and political elements into the course Career Guidance,and cultivate noble professional ethics among college students by means of innovative teaching methods and teaching models,cultivate students' excellent professional skills with goals of promoting their comprehensive quality and profound feelings for home and country by the guidance of socialist core values.
