环境“领导-战略”匹配对员工绿色创新行为的影响研究

摘  要:基于社会信息加工理论和自然资源基础观,探讨企业绿色变革型领导与前瞻型环境战略匹配对员工绿色创新行为的影响,并考察了绿色智力资本的中介效应以及职业延迟满足的调节效应。将“领导-战略”匹配按匹配程度和匹配强度两个维度进行划分,并采用多项式回归和响应面分析对588份员工问卷数据进行检验。研究结果表明:当企业“领导-战略”匹配强度处于“高领导-高战略”组合时,员工绿色创新行为要强于“低领导-低战略”组合;“领导-战略”匹配程度越高,员工绿色创新行为越显著;绿色智力资本在“领导-战略”匹配度与员工绿色创新行为之间起部分中介作用;职业延迟满足在绿色智力资本与员工绿色创新行为之间起调节作用。Based on the social information processing theory and the natural-resource-based view,this study explores the impact of the matching degree between green transformational leadership and forward-looking environmental strategies in enterprises on employees’green innovation behavior,as well as the mediating effect of green intellectual capital and the moderating effect of vocational delay of gratification.The“leadership-strategy”matching is divided into two dimensions:the degree of“leadership-strategy”matching and the intensity of“leadership-strategy”matching,and the polynomial regression and response surface methodology are used to test 588 employee questionnaire data.The research results indicate that when the intensity of the“leadership-strategy”matching in enterprises is in the“high leadership-high strategy”combination,employees'green innovation behavior is stronger than that in the“low leadership-low strategy”combination;the higher the degree of“leadership-strategy”matching,the more significant the green innovation behavior of employees;green intellectual capital plays a partial mediating role between the degree of“leadership-strategy”matching and employees’green innovation behavior;vocational delay of gratification plays a moderating role between the green intellectual capital and employees’green innovation behavior.
