摘　　要：目的 探讨宫颈鳞状细胞癌(CSCC)组织中PAX2的表达情况及临床意义。方法 收集32例宫颈鳞状癌患者标本进行回顾性分析。实时荧光定量PCR和Western blot分别检测CSCC组织及癌旁正常组织中PAX2 mRNA和蛋白的表达水平,免疫组化染色检测石蜡包埋组织切片中PAX2的表达情况,并分析其表达与临床病理特征之间的联系。结果 PAX2在CSCC组织中的表达显著高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.01),在组织切片中的高表达率(20/32,62.5%)显著高于癌旁正常组织(5/32,15.63%)(P<0.01)。32例病例中,PAX2的表达水平与肿瘤组织分化程度(P<0.05)和淋巴结转移(P<0.05)的临床病理特征显著相关,但与年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论 PAX2在CSCC组织中高表达且与肿瘤的分化转移有关,可能是CSCC新的预测标志物及治疗靶点。Objective To evaluate the expression and significance of PAX2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues,and its clinical application value.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 32 CC patients admitted to our hospital.The mRNA and protein expression levels of PAX2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and western blot,respectively.The immunohistochemistry staining was used to detected the expression of PAX2 in paraffin-embedded specimens.The relationship between the expression of PAX2 and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Results Compared with paracancerous normal tissues,the expression level of PAX2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues were significantly higher.In paraffin-embedded specimens,the high expression rate of PAX2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues(20/32,62.5%) was significantly higher than it in paracancerous normal tissues(5/32,15.63%)(P<0.01).In 32 cases,the expression level of PAX2 was significantly correlated with clinicopathological characteristics such as tumor tissue differentiation(P<0.05)and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not with age(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of PAX2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues is significantly increased,and is associated with tumor differentiation and metastasis,which may become a new predictive marker and therapeutic target for cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
