扶正口服液联合FOLFOX化疗在晚期结直肠癌患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察扶正口服液联合FOLFOX化疗在晚期结直肠癌患者中的应用效果。方法:将64例晚期结直肠癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组患者采用FOLFOX化疗治疗,观察组患者采用扶正口服液联合FOLFOX化疗,比较2组患者的疗效、治疗前后血清肿瘤标志物水平以及复发、死亡率和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者总缓解率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者CA125、CEA水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者复发率和死亡率均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:扶正口服液联合FOLFOX化疗对晚期结直肠癌患者疗效显著,可明显降低CA125、CEA水平以及复发率和死亡率,且安全可靠。Objective To observe the effect of Fuzheng Oral Liquid combined with FOLFOX chemother-apy in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 64 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with FOLFOX chemotherapy,and the observation group was given Fuzheng Oral Liquid combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy.The efficacy,serum levels of tumor markers before and after treatment,recurrence,mortality and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total remission rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of carci-noembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,CA125 and CEA levels of both groups were decreased,which were lower in the observa-tion group than in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and mortality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Oral Liquid combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy is effective in patients with advanced colorectal cancer,and can sig-nificantly reduce CA125 and CEA levels,recurrence rate and mortality,which is safe and reliable.
