摘 要:目的分析积极共情反馈联合兴趣诱导用于白血病合并焦虑抑郁患儿的价值。方法选取2021年1月~2023年1月本院收治符合标准的白血病患儿80例,随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。在常规干预基础上,对照组进行兴趣诱导干预,观察组进行积极共情反馈联合兴趣诱导干预。比较两组患儿儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(Depression Self-rating Scale for Children,DSRSC)和儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表(Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders,SCARED)评分、家属满意度和儿童生存质量普适性核心量表评分。结果观察组干预后DSRSC评分为(8.87±2.73)分,与对照组的[(15.65±4.72)分]比较有差异(t=7.864,P=0.000)。观察组干预后SCARED各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后生活功能、情感功能、生理功能、学校功能等评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论积极共情反馈联合兴趣诱导用于白血病合并焦虑抑郁患儿,可有效缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其生存质量。Objective Analyze the value of positive empathy feedback combined with interest induction for children with leukemia complicated with anxiety and depression.Methods Select 80 children with leukemia who met the standards admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023,and randomly divide them into an observation group and a control group using the number table method,with 40 cases in each group.On the basis of routine intervention,the control group received interest induction intervention,while the observation group received positive empathy feedback combined with interest induction intervention.Compare the scores of the Depression Self-rating Scale for Children(DSRSC)and the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED),as well as the scores of family satisfaction and the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory Version 4.0 Generic Core Scales(PedsQL4.0)in two groups of pediatric patients.Results After intervention,the DSRSC score of the observation group was(8.87±2.73)points,which was significantly different from the control group's(15.65±4.72)score.(t=7.864,P=0.000).After intervention,the SCARED scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The family satisfaction of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of life function,emotional function,physiological function,and school function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive empathy feedback combined with interest induction can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression in children with leukemia and anxiety,and improve their quality of life.
