摘　　要：目的 分析维持性血液透析(Maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者抑郁情绪与社会支持及自我效能的相关性。方法 选取2021年1月~2023年1月在我院收治的80例MHD患者,依据汉密尔顿抑郁-17量表进行抑郁情况评定,分为抑郁组(HAMD-17总分≥7分,n=32)和非抑郁组(HAMD-17总分<7分,n=48)。比较两组基础资料信息,通过ROC及经多因素Logistic回归分析社会支持及自我效能预测MHD患者抑郁的价值,采用Pearson相关性分析MHD患者抑郁与社会支持及自我效能的关系。结果 抑郁组社会支持总分、自我效能总分低于非抑郁组(P<0.05);经多因素Logistic回归分析证实,社会支持及自我效能是影响MHD患者抑郁的危险因素(P<0.05);经ROC分析证实,社会支持、自我效能可用于MHD患者抑郁的预测,曲线下面积分别为0.692、0.870,均P<0.05;相关性分析显示,社会支持、自我效能与MHD患者抑郁呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 社会支持及自我效能是影响MHD患者抑郁的危险因素,且与抑郁呈负相关,临床可通过提高社会支持及自我效能来降低抑郁的发生。Objective To analyze the correlation between depression and social support and self-efficacy in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods Eighty patients with MHD admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and studied.According to the Hamilton depression-17(HAMD-17)scale,depression status was assessed,and they were divided into depression group(HAMD-17 total score ≥ 7,n=32)and non-depression group(HAMD-17 Total score < 7n=48).The value of social support and self-efficacy in predicting depression in MHD patients was analyzed by ROC and multivariate Logistic regression,and the relationship between depression and social support and self-efficacy in MHD patients was analyzed by Pearson correlation.Results The total scores of social support and self-efficacy in depression group were lower than those in non-depression group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis confirmed that social support and self-efficacy were risk factors for depression in MHD patients(P<0.05).ROC analysis proved that social support and self-efficacy could be used to predict depression in MHD patients,and the area under the curve were 0.692 and 0.870,respectively,with P<0.05.Correlation analysis showed that social support and self-efficacy were negatively correlated with depression in MHD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Social support and self-efficacy are risk factors for depression in MHD patients,and are negatively correlated with depression.Clinical improvement of social support and self-efficacy can reduce the occurrence of depression.
