基于品格优势干预对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者幸福感及负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于品格优势干预对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者幸福感及负性情绪的影响。方法 本研究选择2020年6月~2022年6月86例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者,数字表法随机分为两组,两组均接受化疗的基础护理,对照组采用常规心理干预,观察组采用基于品格优势的心理干预。比较两组患者干预前后医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、总体幸福感量表(GWB)、生存质量卡氏评分(KPS)。结果 两组干预后HADS量表焦虑、抑郁评分均显著降低,且观察组干预后两项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后GWB评分、KPS评分均显著升高,且观察组干预后两项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于品格优势干预能够提升妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者幸福感以及生活质量并降低焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪。Objective To explore the impact of personality advantage based intervention on happiness and negative emotions in patients with gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Eighty-six patients with gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy from June 2020 to June 222 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups by digital table method.Both groups received basic nursing care for chemotherapy treatment.The control group received routine psychological intervention,while the observation group received psychological intervention based on character superiority.The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),Overall Well-being Scale(GWB),and Quality of Life(KPS)of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the HADS scale in both groups were significantly reduced,and the two scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,GWB score and KPS score in both groups were significantly increased,and after intervention,both scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention based on character superiority can improve the well-being and quality of life of patients with gynecological malignant tumors undergoing chemotherapy,and reduce negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.
