摘  要:针对某采用集中式空调系统公共建筑,从投诉内容、投诉用户类型、投诉时间对用户投诉进行分类,分析问题成因,进行故障诊断。绝大多数投诉内容为空调系统效果不佳,漏水也是产生投诉的主要原因之一,不少用户关注空调冷热费。由于办公用户数量庞大,绝大部分投诉来自办公用户。投诉多集中在供冷期,主要原因是供冷期易产生空调系统效果不佳、漏水。For a public building with centralized air-conditioning system,the user complaints are classified based on the complaint content,the type of complaint user and the complaint time,and the causes of the problems are analyzed,and the fault diagnosis is carried out.The vast majority of complaints are about the poor performance of the air conditioning system and water leakage is also one of the main reasons for complaints,and many users are concerned about the cooling and heating costs of air conditioners.Due to the large number of office users,the vast majority of complaints come from them.Complaints are mostly concentrated during the cooling period,mainly due to the poor performance and water leakage of the air conditioning system during the cooling period.
