摘  要:针对煤矿智能开采,对采矿智能掘进机结构和控制系统进行了设计。该掘进机结构包括截割头、行走机构、本体部分、液压系统、电气系统及其他辅助系统。设计了掘进机的主要动力装置和液压控制系统,同时根据掘进机的结构特点,采用CAN总线实现掘进机各系统的集成控制,设计了掘进机控制系统的人机交互界面。通过掘进机的现场测试,该掘进机机械臂在控制系统操作下能够稳定运行,表明所设计的控制系统具有较高的可靠性。Aiming at the intelligent mining of coal mine,the structure and control system of mining intelligent roadheader were designed.The structure of the roadheader includes cutting head,walking mechanism,body part,hydraulic system,electrical system and other auxiliary systems.The main power device and hydraulic control system of the roadheader were designed.At the same time,according to the structural characteristics of the roadheader,CAN bus was used to realize the integrated control of each system of the roadheader,and the human-computer interaction interface of the roadheader control system was designed.Through the field test of the roadheader,the manipulator of the roadheader can run stably under the operation of the control system,indicating that the designed control system has high reliability.
