摘 要:为解决输送带自移机尾在推移过程中智能化水平低、工况适应性差、状态监测困难的问题,开发了一种输送带自移机尾自适应控制系统。该系统由本安控制器、数据采集模块、执行模块和远程控制模块组成,可实时监测输送带自移机尾的工况参数;具备本地控制、遥控控制及远程控制功能,能够实现升降、推移、侧移及调平等操作。同时该系统基于双轴倾角传感器实现了输送带自移机尾的自动调平功能,以适应不同的坡度条件。A self-adaptive control system for conveyor belt self-moving tail was developed to solve the problems of low intelligence level,poor adaptability to working conditions and difficulty of condition monitoring in the process of moving the conveyor belt self-moving tail.This system is composed of intrinsically safe controller,data acquisition module,execution module and remote control module,which can monitor the working state parameters of the cowveyor belt self-moving tail in real time;it has the functions of local control,remote control and remote control,and can realize the operations of lifting,pushing,side moving and leveling.At the same time,this system realizes the automatic leveling function of the conveyor belt self-moving tail based on double axis tilt sensor to adapt to different slope conditions.
