摘 要:当前国际中文教育正处在转型升级、动能转换的关键时期,在各方行动者参与建构国际中文教育转型合作网络的过程中,需从中观视角将问题、目标、结果导向有机结合,分析参与国际中文教育多主体协同过程及其网络运行内在机理。通过引入行动者网络理论,探究建构国际中文教育“主体共立、利益共享、行动共振”的多主体协同网络并剖析其运行机制,提出以完善的政策体系统筹多主体协同、以“外力扶持+内生发展”双向发展模式引导多主体协同、以内外循环人才培养机制推动多主体协同、以数字化信息技术融通多主体协同、以共创平台融合多主体协同、以共同体价值理念引领多主体协同的优化路径,可以为构建多主体、多模式、多层次的现代国际中文教育体系提供参考。The current international Chinese education is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,and the transformation of momentum.In the process of various actors participating in the construction of the international Chinese education transformation cooperation network,it is necessary to organically combine problems,goals,and outcome orientation from a meso perspective,analyze the multi subject collaboration process and the internal mechanism of network operation in participating in international Chinese education.By introducing the theory of Actor Networks,this study explores the construction of a multi-agent collaborative network for international Chinese education that emphasizes“subject co establishment,benefit sharing,and action resonance”and analyzes its operational mechanism.It proposes an optimized path for building a modern international Chinese education system that is multi-party,multi-mode,and multi-level,with a comprehensive policy system to coordinate multi-agent collaboration,a two-way development model of“external support+endogenous development”to guide multi-agent collaboration,an internal and external circulation talent training mechanism to promote multi-agent collaboration,digital information technology to integrate multi-agent collaboration,a co-creation platform to integrate multi-agent collaboration,and a community value concept to guide multi-agent collaboration.The aim is to provide reference for constructing a modern international Chinese education system that is multi-party,multi-mode,and multi-level.
