摘　　要：外科诊疗技术日新月异,日间手术模式逐渐在多个外科学科中广泛应用,但在胸外科中的发展仍处于起步阶段。胸腺肿瘤切除术在胸外科术式中具备率先开展日间手术诊疗模式的条件,但相关诊疗流程目前缺乏共识规范。中国抗癌协会胸腺肿瘤整合康复专委会荟萃国内多家胸外科中心的胸腺肿瘤切除手术经验,针对胸腺肿瘤日间手术的适应证、麻醉要点、术式选择及围手术期管理等关键临床问题,制订本专家共识,旨在为国内胸外科日间手术的开展和推广提供参考。Surgical diagnostic and treatment techniques are advancing rapidly,and the use of day surgery is gradually becoming widespread across various surgical disciplines.However,in thoracic surgery,the development of day surgery is still in its early stages.Thymectomy,as a surgical procedure in thoracic surgery,has the potential to be one of the first to adopt day surgery practices.However,there is currently a lack of consensus and standardized guidelines regarding the diagnostic and treatment processes for day surgery of thymectomy.China Anti-Cancer Association Thymic Tumor Integrated Rehabilitation Special Committee has compiled the experiences of several thoracic surgery centers in China to address key clinical questions related to day surgery of thymectomy,including indications,anesthesia considerations,surgical technique selection,and perioperative management.This expert consensus aims to provide guidance for the development and promotion of same-day thoracic surgery in China.
