摘 要:近年来,随着食品安全事件的频发,校园食品安全问题日益受到社会各界的广泛关注。为了有效应对这一挑战,学校及监管部门纷纷探索创新管理模式,其中,智慧监管成为备受瞩目的解决方案。这种监管模式弥补了传统监管方式的不足,通过智能化手段实现远程监管、精准监管和预防性监管,有利于提升服务与监管的相容性。In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents,the problem of campus food safety has been increasingly concerned by all walks of life.In order to effectively deal with this challenge,schools and regulatory authorities have explored innovative management models,among which smart supervision has become a high-profile solution.This regulatory model makes up for the shortcomings of traditional regulatory methods,and realizes remote supervision,precise supervision and preventive supervision through intelligent means,which is conducive to improving the compatibility of services and supervision.
