从海峡两岸档案看张冲思想的转变

摘　　要：张冲系国民党调查统计工作出身,负责侦办过顾顺章案、“牛兰事件”等,其中“伍豪事件”更是他一手策划。看似与共产党站在对立面的张冲,在东北求学期间却曾有加入中共的意愿。由于张冲知苏、晓共的背景,是国民党内为数不多的“知苏派”与“中共通”,因而成为蒋介石执行对苏外交以及与中共谈判的重要帮手,在抗战初期为中国争取了大量的援助物资,也为日后的“俄械东来”奠定了基础。他与周恩来亦敌亦友的关系同样是两党发展的重要因素之一。张冲的从政经历以及在思想上的转变,基本诠释了国共关系的变化,从友善、对立到联合,最终又走向分裂,使其成为国共关系史上重要的关键人物之一。而海峡两岸藏有大量国民政府时期的相关档案文献,这些材料则成为最佳的注脚。Zhang Chong started his career from the investigation and statistical work in Kuomintang(KMT).He was responsible for investigating the Gu Shunzhang case and the Niu Lan Incident,and personally schemed the Wu Hao Incident.Though appeared to be on the opposite side of the Communist Party of China(CPC),Zhang Chong had the intention of joining the CPC during his study in Northeast China.Due to his background,Zhang Chong was one of the few KMT members who knew the Soviet Union and the CPC and thus became an important assistant to Chiang Kai-shek in the diplomacy with the Soviet Union and negotiations with the CPC.He secured a large amount of aid for China in the early stage of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,and also laid the foundation for the“eastward arrival of Russian weapons”in the future.His relationship with Zhou Enlai was also an important factor in the development of the two parties.Zhang Chong’s experience in politics and his change in thinking basically reflected the changes in the KMT-CPC relationship,from friendship,antagonism,then unity and ultimately to division,making him one of the key figures in the history of the KMT-CPC relationship.There is a large number of related archival documents of the Nationalist Government period held in both sides of the Taiwan Strait,serving as the best footnote.
