摘 要:临床医学八年制是培养复合型高层次医学拔尖创新人才的重要途径。首先系统回顾中国临床医学八年制的发展变迁;然后利用SWOT(Strengths Weakness Opportunity Threats)分析法,对临床医学八年制教育现状从内部优势、内部劣势、外部机会、外部威胁四个方面进行深度解析;最后提出临床医学八年制培养应激发优势潜能,发挥资源效能,系统深化改革,明晰培养标准,优化培养架构,加强培养研究,强化管理指导,保障毕业发展平台的优化策略,以期为提升临床医学八年制培养质量提供借鉴。Eight-year Clinical Medicine Program is an important path to cultivate top-notch innovative talents in compound high-level medicine.In this study,we first systematically reviewed the development and changes of the Eight-year Clinical Medicine Program in China.Then,Strengths Weakness Opportunity Threats(SWOT)analysis was used to analyze the current situation of the eight-year clinical medicine education in four aspects:internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats.Last,it is proposed that training of the Eight-year Clinical Medicine Program should tap the potential of advantages,give full play to the efficiency of resources,systematically deepen the reform,clarify the training standards,optimize the training structure,strengthen research on training,strengthen management guidance,and ensure the optimization strategies of the graduation development platform,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of the Eight-year Clinical Medicine training.
