摘  要:医学人才的培养是医学教育的核心任务,而科学家精神的融入则是提升医学人才质量的关键。科学家精神主要包括爱国、创新、求实、奉献、协同和育人等核心价值,符合“新医科”背景下卓越医学人才的培养目标要求。如何实现科学家精神与医学专业知识的有机融合,有待医学教育工作者的探索。“人体解剖学”是医学生最早接触的医学专业基础课程,本文以“人体解剖学”中“脉管系统”教学为例,在教学过程中的多个环节,通过问题引导、素材搜集及讨论展示,探索将科学家精神内涵融入专业知识教学的途径,帮助学生树立科学家精神,为培养德才兼备的新时代卓越医学人才提供强大助力。The cultivation of medical talents is the core task of medical education,and integration of scientists’spirit is the key to improving the quality of medical talents.The spirit of scientists mainly include core values such as patriotism,innovation,pragmatism,dedication,collaboration,and moral education,which meet the requirements of cultivating outstanding medical talents in the context of new medical science.How to achieve the effective integration of scientists’spirit and medical professional knowledge needs to be explored by medical educators.Human Anatomy is among the first medical professional basic courses that medical students are taught.In this article,we take the teaching of Circulatory System in Human Anatomy as an example to explore the pathways for integrating scientists’spirit into professional knowledge teaching at various stages of teaching,through problem guidance,material collection,discussion and presentation.This aims to help students establish the spirit of scientists and provide strong support for cultivating outstanding medical talents with both moral integrity and professionalism in the new era.
