摘  要:精神医学专业作为临床专业之一,因其专业特点,精神医学临床诊疗思维具有一定特殊性。作者结合教学实践,分别阐述精神医学专业临床诊疗思维的重要性及基本条件,提出在培养过程中应着力掌握的几种临床诊疗思维,包括心身一体观念,透过现象看到精神障碍的实质,重视心理社会因素在精神障碍诊断和治疗中的意义,用动态的视角看待精神障碍,用功能而非症状的视角看待精神障碍,树立“诊断”大于“治疗”的观念,树立不断提升各类知识储备的观念等,并提出培养精神医学专业学生临床诊疗思维的途径,以期为相应的教学改革提供参考。Psychiatric medicine is one of the specialties in clinical medicine.Because of its characteristics,there is certain speciality in its clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking.By relating to our teaching practice,this paper explores the importance of clinical thinking and basic conditions of psychiatric medicine,and puts forwards several types of psychiatric clinical thinking that should be mastered during the cultivation process,including harmony of mind and body,understanding the essence of mental disorders through phenomena,paying attention to significance of psychosocial factors in diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders,taking a dynamic view in understanding mental disorders,understanding mental disorders from the perspective of social functions instead of symptoms,setting up the conception about diagnosis being more important than treatment,and setting up the sense about enhancing knowledge reserves.In the end,the article puts forward ways to cultivate clinical thinking of psychiatric specialty students in order to provide reference for teaching reform in this field.
