摘　　要：新质生产力作为符合绿色发展要求的先进生产力质态,能够助推绿色发展以实现高质量发展。从新质生产力要素组合的绿色底色、新质生产力与绿色生产关系的辩证关系、新质生产力与绿色生活方式的良性互动,以及新质生产力的人与自然和谐共生的价值目标四个层面,有助于厘清新质生产力驱动绿色发展的理论逻辑。在新发展阶段,以新质生产力驱动绿色发展对于进一步加快生产力发展的提质增效、推进经济发展方式的绿色转型、满足人的绿色发展需要具有重要意义。因此,需要不断完善相关体制机制建设,培养绿色技术发展所需的优质人才资源,修复生态环境和增加生态产品供给,加强绿色科技研发应用和构建绿色产业体系,倡导与推广绿色健康生活方式,从而推动实现人与自然和谐共生的现代化。The new quality productivity,as an advanced form of productive forces that meets the requirements of green development,can contribute to high-quality growth of green development.The theoretical logic of green development driven by the new quality productivity can be clarified from the four aspects:the green undertone of the combination of the new quality productivity elements,the dialectical relationship between the new quality productivity and the green production relationship,the benign interaction between the new quality productivity and the green life style,as well as the value goal of harmonious coexistence of man and nature in the new quality productivity.In the new stage of development,green development driven by the new quality productivity is of great significance in further accelerating the improvement of quality and efficiency of productivity development,further promoting the green transformation of the mode of economic development,and meeting the needs of people's green development.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously improve the construction of relevant institutions and mechanisms,cultivate the high-quality human resources needed for the development of green technology,restore the ecological environment and increase the supply of eco-products,strengthen the application of green science and technology research and development and build a green industrial system,as well as advocate and promote a green and healthy lifestyle,so as to promote the modernization of harmonious coexistence of man and nature.
