摘　　要：为满足企业数字化转型需求,企业需要不断提升自身的核心竞争力,必须通过加强成本管控、做好成本分析来提高经济效益,这既是市场经济的客观要求,也是企业拓展利润空间的需求,是值得研究的课题。为此,分析了各类数据的逻辑关系及动态化管理现状,依托拟建设“大数据”日动态经济效益分析系统来解决以上问题;提出了“大数据”日动态经济效益分析系统建设方案,包括“7大管理模块、4大质量要求保证”的总体技术架构及关键思路,拟统筹各级项目及公司层级对整体人员、物料、工程量、经济效益等的综合管控,进而实现不同身份、层级、管理模块的精细化管理;剖析挖掘一切未来项目、公司运行过程中的全生命周期动态数据,来发挥其实际应用价值;并对系统未来实际落地后应用进行拓展分析,为有关大数据日动态经济效益分析提供参考。In order to meet the needs of enterprise digital transformation,enterprises need to continuously improve their core competitiveness,and must strengthen cost control and do a good job in cost analysis to improve economic benefits,which is not only the objective requirements of the market economy,but also the needs of enterprises to expand profit space and a topic worth studying.Therefore,the logical relationship and dynamic management status of all kinds of data are analyzed,and the daily dynamic economic benefit analysis system of“big data”is proposed to solve the above problems.The“big data”daily dynamic economic benefit analysis system construction scheme is proposed,including the“7 management modules,4 quality requirements assurance”of the overall technical framework and key ideas,to coordinate all levels of projects and company levels of the overall personnel,materials,engineering quantities,economic benefits and other comprehensive control,so as to achieve different identities,levels,management modules of fine management.The dynamic data of the whole life cycle of all future projects and company operation are analyzed and excavated to exert its practical application value.And the future application of the system after the actual landing is expanded and analyzed to provide a reference for the analysis of the daily dynamic economic benefits of big data.
