摘 要:地铁工程是推动城市发展的重要基础设施,其机电施工水平直接影响地铁运行的安全与效率,复杂性要求技术不断创新与优化。面对复杂机电设备的挑战,优化控制成为关键。本文基于BIM技术在重庆地铁环线机电施工中的成功应用,分析了BIM如何帮助解决施工中的难题,如管线冲突、设备布局不合理等。通过构建信息模型,实现了施工过程的可视化与仿真,提高了施工精准度与效率,降低了施工难度与风险。提出的BIM与机电施工结合策略,对于推动地铁工程技术创新具有重要意义。Subway engineering is an important infrastructure to promote urban development,its electromechanical construction level directly affects the safety and efficiency of subway operation,and its complexity requires continuous innovation and optimization of technology.Faced with the challenge of complex mechanical and electrical equipment,optimal control becomes the key.Based on the successful application of BIM technology in the mechanical and electrical construction of Chongqing Metro Ring Line,this paper analyzes how BIM can help solve the difficult problems in construction,such as pipeline conflict and unreasonable equipment layout.By constructing the information model,the visualization and simulation of the construction process are realized,the construction accuracy and efficiency are improved,and the construction difficulty and risk are reduced.The combination strategy of BIM and mechanical and electrical construction proposed in this paper is of great significance for promoting the innovation of subway engineering technology.
