摘 要:高质量课程体系是深入推进基础教育课程改革的核心目标,也是推动我国基础教育高质量发展的必由之路。社会支持系统对高质量课程体系的建设具有支撑意义,发挥着保障国家课程开足教好、促进地方课程特色开发与推动校本课程个性育人的关键作用。社会支持系统的建构重点在于以联通区域专业培训提升教师课程开发能力、以拓展学校课程空间丰富学生课程经历、以协同校外教育机构增强课程改革合力、以加强区域课程治理提升课程领导力、以强化数字转型设计提升课程供给力。据此,应从完善教师协同培训体系、引领共建课程实践基地、助推校外教育机构转型、构建学区课程治理格局、数字赋能课程资源共享等方面建设社会支持系统。The high-quality curriculum system is the core goal of further promoting the curriculum reform of basic education,and it is also the way to promote the high-quality development of basic education in China.The social support system supports the construction of a high-quality curriculum system and plays a key role in ensuring both the quantity and quality of the national curriculum,promoting the development of local curriculum characteristics,and the individual education of the school-based curriculum.The construction of a social support system focuses on improving teachers'curriculum development ability by connecting regional professional training,enriching students'curriculum experience by expanding the school curriculum space,enhancing the resultant force of curriculum reform by cooperating with out-of-campus educational institutions,improving curriculum leadership by strengthening regional curriculum governance,and improving curriculum supply by strengthening digital transformation design.The social support system should be constructed from the following aspects:improving the collaborative training system for teachers,leading the co-construction of curriculum practice bases,boosting the transformation of out-of-campus educational institutions,constructing the curriculum governance pattern of school districts,and digitally empowering the sharing of curriculum resources.
