摘　　要：目的分析贝伐珠单抗联合奥沙利铂+卡培他滨治疗大肠癌的治疗效果。方法非随机选取2021年6月—2023年6月宜兴肿瘤医院收治的60例大肠癌患者为研究对象,按治疗方法分为常规组(奥沙利铂+卡培他滨治疗)、观察组(贝伐珠单抗联合奥沙利铂+卡培他滨治疗),每组30例。比较两组患者的治疗有效率、血清异常糖链糖蛋白(tumor abnolmal protein,TAP)水平、肿瘤复发/转移率。结果观察组治疗有效率为100.00%(30/30),高于常规组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TAP水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1、2年TAP阳性者肿瘤复发/转移率明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论贝伐珠单抗联合奥沙利铂+卡培他滨治疗大肠癌的效果理想,可降低患者TAP水平。Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of bevacizumab combined with oxaliplatin+capecitabine in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods Sixty cases of colorectal cancer patients admitted to Yixing Cancer Hospi⁃tal from June 2021 to June 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects.They were divided into conventional group(oxaliplatin+capecitabine treatment)and observation group(bevacizumab combined with oxaliplatin+capecitabine treatment)according to treatment methods,with thirty cases in each group.Compared the treatment effi⁃ciency,serum tumor abnolmal protein(TAP)level,tumor recurrence/metastasis rate of the two groups.Results The ef⁃fective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%(30/30),which was higher than 80.00%(24/30)in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05).After treatment,the TAP level of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tumor recurrence/metastasis rate of TAP-positive patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the conventional group at one and two gears after operation,and the differences were statistically sig⁃nificant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Bevacizumab coxaliplatin combined with capecitabine has an ideal therapeutic ef⁃fect on colorectal cancer patients,and its application value in prognosis evaluation can be reflected to a certain extent through TAP detection.
