阴道用乳酸杆菌联合人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗高危型HPV感染的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析高危型人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染患者采用阴道用乳酸杆菌联合人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2022年4月—2023年11月济南高新东区医院收治的100例高危型HPV感染患者的临床资料,依据不同的治疗方法分为两组,每组50例。参照组采用人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗,研究组采用阴道用乳酸杆菌联合人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、炎性因子水平、不良反应发生率。结果研究组总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于参照组的80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.060,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组炎性因子水平低于与参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阴道用乳酸杆菌联合人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗高危型HPV感染患者,可提升治疗效果,降低炎性因子水平。Objective To analyse the clinical effects of the treatment of patients with high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)infections with Lactobacillus vaginalis combined with human interferonα2b vaginal effervescent tablets.Meth⁃ods The clinical data of 100 patients with high-risk HPV infection admitted to Jinan Gaoxin East District Hospital from April 2022 to November 2023 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into two groups based on different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with human interferonα2b vaginal effervescent tablets,and the study group was treated with Lactobacillus vaginalis combined with human interferonα2b vaginal effervescent tablets.Compared the clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor level,and the incidence of adverse re⁃actions of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 80.00%(40/50)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.060,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Vaginal Lactobacillus combined with human inter⁃feronα2b vaginal effervescent tablets for the treatment of patients with high-risk HPV infections enhances therapeu⁃tic efficacy and reduce inflammatory factor levels.
