摘　　要：目的 探讨雌激素受体α(ERα)在胃癌和胃癌前病变组织中的表达及意义.方法 搜集非萎缩性胃炎、胃癌前病变及胃癌组织,运用免疫组织化学染色法对各组织标本中的ERα表达水平进行检测,并分析ERα与上述临床病理组织特征的关系.结果 从胃癌前病变到胃癌组织,ERα表达阳性率均呈渐进性增加状态,表达强度也不断增加(P<0.05).其中在胃癌组织中,年龄、性别、肿瘤分化程度等因素对ERα的表达无明显影响.结论 ERα存在于胃癌前病变及胃癌组织中,其分布特点可能与胃癌前病变进展至胃癌的生物学行为相关,ERα可能参与癌前病变组织恶化的调控.Objective To explore the expression and significance of estrogen receptorα(ERα)in gastric cancer and precancerous lesion of gastric cancer.Methods The pathological tissues of non-atrophic gastritis,precancerous lesion of gastric cancer,gastric cancer were collected.The expression of ERαwas detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between ERαand the clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results From precancerous lesion of gastric cancer to Gastric cancer,the positive rate of ERαincreased gradually,and the intensity of expression also increased(P<0.05).Conclusion ERαexists in precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and gastric cancer.The distribution may be related to the biological behavior of precancerous lesion of gastric cancer and gastric cancer.ERαmay be regulate the deterioration of precancerous tissue lesion.
