摘　　要：目的 分析血清壳多糖酶3样蛋白1(CHI3L1)、高尔基体蛋白73(GP73)联合手机版斯特鲁普测试(Stroop APP)联合检测在轻微肝性脑病(MHE)中的应用价值.方法 选取黑龙江省医院2022年1月-2024年5月共20例MHE患者作为MHE组,另选取同期20例单纯肝硬化患者以及20例正常人分别作为单纯肝硬化组、对照组,通过酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对血清CHI3L1、GP73进行检测,并通过Stroop APP软件进行检测分析.结果 MHE组血清CHI3L1以及GP73水平均高于单纯肝硬化组和对照组,单纯肝硬化组血清CHI3L1以及GP73水平高于对照组,P<0.05.MHE组NCT-A、DST明显高于单纯肝硬化组和对照组,单纯肝硬化组NCT-A、DST明显高于对照组,P<0.05;MHE组OFF时间、ON时间、总时间以及OFF次数、ON次数均高于单纯肝硬化组和对照组,且单纯肝硬化组各项指标均高于对照组,P<0.05.血清CHI3L1、GP73以及Stroop APP测试与NCT-A、DST均呈现正相关(P<0.05).结论 血清CHI3L1、GP73联合Stroop APP联合检测在MHE中有较高的诊断价值,且具有简单易行的优势,能够真实反映患者的病情进展情况,为临床干预和治疗提供参考.Objective To analyze the application value of combined detection of serum CHI3LI,GP73,and Stroop App in MHE.Methods A total of 20 MHE patients from January 2022 to May 2024 at Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital were selected as the MHE group.Additionally,20 patients with cirrhosis alone and 20 healthy individuals during the same period were selected as the crrhosis alone group and control group.Serum levels of CHI3LI and GP73 were measured using ELISA,and assessments were conducted through the Stroop App software.Results Serum levels of CHI3LI and GP73 in the MHE group were significantly higher than those in the cirrhosis alone group and control group,while levels in the cirrhosis alone group were also higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The NCT-A and DST scores in the MHE group were significantly higher than those in the cirrhosis alone group and control group,and scores in the cirrhosis alone group were also higher than those in the control group,P<O.05.The OFF time,ON time,total time,OFF errors,and ON errors in the MHE group were all higher than those in the cirrhosis alone group and control group,and all indices in the cirrhosis alone group were also higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Serum levels of CHI3LI and GP73,as well as Stroop App test results,were positively correlated with NCT-A and DST scores(P<0.05).Conc lusion The combined detection of serum CHI3L1 and GP73 combined with Stroop APP has a high diagnostic value in MHE,and has the advantage of simplicity and ease of implementation,which can truly reflect the progress of the patient's disease and provide a reference for clinical intervention and treatment.
