持续质量改进管理在疾控中心微生物检验中的应用

摘　　要：目的 分析持续质量改进(CQI)管理模式在提高疾控中心微生物检验工作质量中的作用.方法 选取贵州省平塘县疾病预防控制中心处于在职状态的11名检验人员,该中心自2022年7月开始实施CQI,故将2022年1-6月采用常规管理模式时作为管理前,另将2022年7-12月实施CQI管理时作为管理后,就两组如下指标进行评定与比较:①卫生检查合格情况;②水样采集合格与检验差错情况;③管理质量.结果 与管理前(36.36%、36.36%、45.45%)进行比较,管理后空气微生物(91.91%)、物品表面微生物(91.91%)与检验人员手卫生(91.91%)合格率均更高(P<0.05).相比管理前水样采集合格率、检验差错率(80.00%、20.00%),管理后水样采集合格率(96.00%)更高(P<0.05),而检验差错率(4.00%)更低(P<0.05).较之管理前,管理后管理内容、管理形式、管理途径与管理方法评分均更高(P<0.05).结论 在疾控中心开展微生物检验时,实施CQI管理,可降低检验差错率,促进卫生检查与水样采集合格率的提高,并能强化管理质量.Objective To analyze the role of continuous quality improvement(CQI)management mode in improving the quality of microbiological inspection of CDC.Methods Select 11 inspection personnel in the service of Guizhou Pingtang CDC,the center implemented CQI from July 2022,so the period from January to June 2022 when using the regular management mode was considered as before management,and the period from July to December 2022 when implementing CQI management was considered as after management,the two groups of the following indicators:health inspection qualified;②water sample collection and inspection error;management quality.Results Compared with the control group(36.36%,36.36%,45.45%),the qualified rate of airborne microorganisms(91.91%),article surface microorganisms(91.91%)and inspectors'hand hygiene(91.91%)were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(80.00%,20.00%),the qualified rate of water samples collected(96.00%)was higher(P<0.05),while the test error rate(4%)was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores of management content,management form,management approach and management method(P<0.05).Conc lus ion When carrying out microbial inspection,CQI management can reduce the inspection error,rate,promote,improve the qualified rate of sanitary inspection and water sample collection,and strengthen the management quality.
