摘　　要：目的 研究豨莶片微生物限度检验方法.方法 由于豨莶片的有效成分豨莶草具有抗菌活性,分别采用稀释法和静置沉淀法对供试品进行处理,再用平皿法、薄膜过滤法对试验菌株进一步试验,计算其回收结果.结果 本文使用静置沉淀法与薄膜过滤法进行需氧菌的试验,而对于霉菌以及酵母菌的研究以及控制菌的检测则是通过常规法进行的,所有的试验结果都满足了药品标准的要求.结论 本方法可用于豨莶片的微生物限度检查.Objective To study the limit test method of Xixian tablets.Methods Due to the antibacterial activity of the active ingredient Xixian grass in Xixian tablets,the test samples were treated using dilution method and static precipitation method respectively.The test strains were further tested using plate method and membrane filtration method,and the recovery results were calculated.Results We used static sedimentation method and membrane filtration method to conduct aerobic bacterial tests,while the research on mold and yeast,as well as the detection of control bacteria,were conducted through conventional methods.All test results met the requirements of drug standards.Conclusion This method can be used for microbial limit testing of Xixian tablets.
