摘　　要：目的探讨一次性助便器用于5例粪石嵌塞引起排便障碍的临床疗效。方法收集2023年1月至2024年1月我院各科室住院的患者中合并粪石嵌顿排便障碍者5例,采用一次性助便器进行粪石松解治疗。观察患者治疗后情况,并记录治疗结果。结果5例患者治疗成功,顺利取出嵌顿粪石,腹胀症状消失,治疗时未发生肛门和直肠黏膜损伤情况。术后1周后复查,患者均无明显不适,排便通畅,直肠指诊无异常。结论一次性助便器在规范操作的要求下,可解决不同患者的需求,其治疗粪石嵌塞引起排便障碍效果满意,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of disposable toilet aids in 5 cases of defecation disorders caused by fecal stone impaction.Methods Five patients with combined fecal stone impaction and defecation disorders admitted to various departments of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were collected and treated with disposable fecal aids for fecal release.Observe the patient's condition after treatment and record the treatment results.Results Five patients were successfully treated,and the embedded fecal stones were successfully removed.Abdominal distension symptoms disappeared,and no anal or rectal mucosal damage occurred during treatment.After one week of postoperative follow-up,the patients showed no obvious discomfort,smooth bowel movements,and no abnormalities in rectal digital examination.Conclusions Disposable toilet aids can be used under the requirements of standardized operation to meet the needs of different patients.Their treatment effect on defecation disorders caused by fecal stone impaction is satisfactory,and their safety is high.
