摘　　要：目的探讨6S理念在手术室消毒液管理中的应用效果分析。方法将在我院(2021年11月至2022年3月)手术室消毒液常规管理下26名护理人员为对照组,并在2022年4月开展6S管理模式,并分析(2022年4月至2022年7月)手术室消毒液问题的26名护理人员为研究组。比较两组护理人员对于消毒液管理知识评分及消毒液配置不合格率。结果研究组护理人员在不同消毒液储存正确性、效期检查重要性、定期补充消毒液、准备及时性、有效使用性、放置规范性管理知识评分掌握能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组中检查消毒液管理不合格率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术室消毒液管理中,实施以6S理念管理,可显著的改善护理人员在对于消毒液手术室管理相关知识的掌握能力,并减少消毒液管理不合格的发生,效果理想。Objective To explore the application effect analysis of the 6S concept in the management of disinfectant in operating rooms.Methods In our hospital(November 2021 to March 2022),26 nurses under the routine management of disinfectants in the operating room will be used as the control group,and 6S management mode will be carried out in April 2022,and 26 nurses with disinfectants problems in the operating room will be analyzed(April 2022 to July 2022)as the research group.The knowledge score of disinfectant management and the unqualified rate of disinfectant configuration were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing staff in the study group had a higher mastery ability in the accuracy of storage of different disinfectants,the importance of expiration date inspection,regular supplementation of disinfectants,timely preparation,effective use,and standardized placement management knowledge than the control group(P<0.05).The unqualified rate of disinfectant management in the study group lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the management of disinfectant in the operating room,implementing the 6S concept management can significantly improve the nursing staff's ability to master relevant knowledge of disinfectant management in the operating room,and reduce the occurrence of unqualified disinfectant management,with ideal results.
