观察种植牙修复牙列缺损的临床美学效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析牙列缺损患者行种植牙修复的效果。方法观察本院于2023年1月至2023年12月收治的60例牙列缺损患者,以随机数字表法分组,各30例。对照组行可摘局部义齿治疗,观察组行种植义齿治疗,比较美学效果、不良反应、口腔功能、治疗有效率。结果修复后观察组美学效果评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后观察组口腔功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论种植牙修复可使牙列缺损患者的牙齿美观度提高,改善口腔功能,并且不会使患者出现较多的不良反应,提高了治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of dental implant in patients with dentition defect.Methods A total of 60 patients with dental defect admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into 30 cases each by random number table method.The control group received removable local denture treatment,and the observation group received implant denture treatment.The aesthetic effect,adverse reaction,oral function and treatment efficiency were compared.Results After restoration,the aesthetic effect score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).After repair,the oral function score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Dental implant restoration can improve the dental aesthetics and oral function of patients with dentition defect,and will not cause more adverse reactions in patients,and improve the therapeutic effect.
