大柴胡汤加味联合西医常规疗法治疗血脂相关性胰腺炎的价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析大柴胡汤加味联合常规西医疗法治疗血脂相关性胰腺炎的临床治疗效果及治疗满意度。方法选取2021年10月至2023年10月我院收治的86例血脂相关性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同将其分为参照组与研究组,每组各43例,参照组采用西医常规疗法,研究组采用大柴胡汤加味联合西医常规疗法的治疗方式,对比两组患者治疗有效率、治疗后症状评分、临床指标的各项时间及治疗满意度。结果治疗后,研究组治疗有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组呕吐恶心、腹泻腹痛、发热以及大便出血的症状评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组发热消失时间、腹痛缓解时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间均短于参照组(P<0.05);研究组的治疗满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论大柴胡汤加味联合常规西医疗法治疗血脂相关性胰腺炎时,可有效缓解临床症状的产生,有助于提高临床治疗效果,缩短患者住院时间,促进患者机体康复,还有助于提升患者及其家属的治疗满意度。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction of modified dachaihu decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of lipid-related pancreatitis.Methods A total of 86 patients with lipid-related pancreatitis treated in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a reference group and a study group,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the study group was treated with modified dachaihu decoction combined with conventional western medicine.The effective rate of treatment,symptom score after treatment,time of clinical indicators and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the study group higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of vomiting,diarrhea,abdominal pain,fever and stool bleeding in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of fever,relief of abdominal pain,recovery of gastrointestinal function,recovery of bowel sounds and hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the study group higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The modified dachaihu decoction combined with conventional Western medicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the clinical therapeutic effect and shorten the hospitalization time of patients with hyperlipidemia-associated pancreatitis,to promote the physical rehabilitation of patients,but also help to enhance the treatment of patients and their families satisfaction.
