摘　　要：脂肪肉瘤是一种相对少见的脂肪组织的恶性肿瘤,其中黏液样多形性脂肪肉瘤(myxoid pleomorphic liposarcoma,MPL)为脂肪肉瘤中的一种特殊亚型,主要发生于儿童和成人,好发于女性,可位于纵隔、背部、颈部、脸颊和腿部等部位。本文报告1例发生于纵隔的年轻男性MPL,旨在对该疾病的临床表现、影像学特征、病理组织、诊断及治疗进行分析、总结。Liposarcoma is a relatively rare malignant tumor in adipose tissue,including myxoid pleomorphic liposarcoma(MPL)for a special subtype of liposarcoma,mainly in children and adults.It occurs more frequently in women,and can be located in mediastinum,back,neck,cheeks,and legs.This article reports a case of MPL in mediastinum of a young man,aiming to analyze and summarize the clinical manifestations,imaging features,pathological tissues,diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
