摘  要:在施工过程中,挂篮下方的防护措施对于保障施工安全和防止意外事故的发生具有重要的意义。以宋家沟大桥连续梁为例,设计了挂篮兜底防护施工工艺,包括防护结构各组成结构的设计,并将设计的结构进行拼装和测试,挂篮向前行走,完成整个连续梁的施工。针对设计的挂篮兜底防护结构实施强度和刚度测试、抗倾覆安全测试。结果表明:挂篮兜底防护结构各部件强度和刚度均符合标准要求,证明所设计结构具有足够的承载能力和稳定性。挂篮兜底防护结构的安全系数一直保持在2以上,由此证明所设计的挂篮兜底防护结构通过抗倾覆安全测试。In the construction process,the protective measures under hanging baskets are of great significance to ensure the construction safety and prevent accidents.Taking the continuous beam of Songjiagou Bridge as an example,a construction process was designed for bottom protection of the hanging basket,including the design of components of the protective structure,assembly and testing of the designed structure,forward movement of the hanging basket,and construction of the whole continuous beam.The strength,stiffness and anti-overturning safety performance of the designed bottom protective structure for the hanging basket was tested.Results show that the strength and stiffness of components of the protective structure for the hanging basket meet the stipulated requirements,proving that the designed structure has sufficient bearing capacity and stability.The safety factor of the bottom protective structure for the hanging basket is always greater than 2.Accordingly,the designed bottom protective structure for the hanging basket has passed the anti-overturning safety test.
