生态足迹视角下贵阳市适度人口容量研究

摘　　要：根据生态足迹理论,通过建立生态足迹计算模型、使用自然生态承载力等方法,分别对贵阳市2018年的生态足迹和生态承载力进行测算与分析,对贵阳市2035年生态适度人口容量进行预测。结果显示:贵阳市2018年域市生态足迹为1.3827 hm^(2)/人,可利用生态承载力为0.3324 hm^(2)/人,生态赤字为1.0503 hm^(2)/人,预测贵阳市长期生态适度人口容量约为923万人。按照贵阳市人口规划在2035年建成千万级人口特大城市,还需通过提高建成区使用效率、合理利用土地资源存量来提升人口容量。据此,为提高贵阳市适度人口容量以及减轻人口压力提出政策建议。Based on the ecological footprint theory,the author establishes the ecological footprint calculation model and adopts natural ecological carrying capacity methods to measure and analyze the ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity of Guiyang in 2018 respectively,thus predicts the ecological appropriate population capacity of Guiyang in 2035.The results show that the ecological footprint of Guiyang city in 2018 is 1.3827 hm^(2)/person,the available ecological carrying capacity was 0.3324 hm^(2)/person,and the ecological deficit is 1.0503 hm^(2)/person.The long-term ecological moderate population capacity of Guiyang city is estimated to be about 9.23 million people.According to the population planning of Guiyang,to build a megacity with a population of 10 million in 2035,it is also necessary to improve the use efficiency of built-up areas and rational use of land resources to increase the population capacity.Finally,the authors provide some policy suggestions for improving the appropriate population capacity of Guiyang city and alleviating the population pressure.
