摘 要:备课是教师专业发展的重要组成部分。近年来,更多人关注的是协同备课或集体备课,弱化了对教师独立备课的研究,影响了课堂教学质量。问卷调查结果显示,当前教师确实在独立备课中遇到了问题,包括时间不足、参考资料缺乏、教学方法选择困难以及对学生需求的把握不足等。而以生成式人工智能为核心的新技术则为教师解决以上问题提供了有力支撑。基于目前生成式人工智能算法与设计上的限制,教师应正确认识其作用,人机协同,依据备课标、备教材、备内容、备方法、备评价的备课思路,结合有效的提示语,充分发挥其“智慧助手”的作用,从而提升独立备课能力。Lesson planning is a crucial component of a teacher's professional skills.In recent years,collaborative or collective team efforts have been so emphasized in school lesson planning management,that it has,to some extent,downplayed the independent lesson planning ability of a well-trained teacher,which has negatively affected classroom teaching quality.Survey results indicate that teachers currently face challenges in preparing lessons independently,including insufficient time,lack of reference materials,uncertainty in the choosing suitable teaching methods,and inadequate understanding of students'needs.New technologies centered around generative artificial intelligence provide robust support to address these issues.Given the current limitations in generative AI algorithms and design,teachers should understand its role as a tool.Working in tandem with it,we can easily create an effective lesson plan,covering every step from setting standards,analyzing textbooks,to preparing teaching content and methods,as well as assessment design.Combined with effective prompts,this"intelligent assistant"can maximize its potential to enhance a teacher's independent lesson planning capabilities.
