摘 要:金融科技的迅猛发展要求地方应用型高校加强金融科技人才的培养,以提高金融科技人才培养的质和量。审视地方应用型高校对金融科技人才的培养可从“点”“线”“面”“体”等四个角度进行,“点”的探索涉及课程设置改革,课程应成为金融科技人才培养的重要支撑“点”;“线”的探索涉及教材的复合融通,做到金融类教材和科技类教材的有效连“线”;“面”的探索涉及将理论知识和实践操作紧密结合起来,打造理实一体化平台“面”;“体”的探索涉及强化职业道德教育和思想政治教育,使学生成为德与才兼备的统一“体”。The rapid development of Fintech requires local application-oriented universities to strengthen the cultivation of Fintech talents in order to improve the quality and quantity of the Fintech talents.Examining the cultivation of Fintech talents in local application-oriented universities can be carried out from four dimensions:"point,line,surface,and body".The exploration of"points"involves curriculum reform which should become an important support"point"for the cultivation of financial technology talents.The exploration of"line"involves the integration of teaching materials which should achieve an effective connection between financial and technology textbooks.The exploration of"surface"involves closely combining theoretical knowledge with practical operations to create an integrated platform of theory and practice("surface").The exploration of"body"involves strengthening professional ethics education and ideological and political education to make students a unified"body"that combines morality and talent.
