摘 要:自动系泊装置是实现船舶系泊自动化和智能化的关键,真空吸盘是真空吸附式自动系泊装置的核心部件,对于能否提供稳定的系泊力有着至关重要的影响.以现有的一种真空吸附式自动系泊装置为基础,通过数值模拟对真空吸盘进行流场分析,考察了不同泄漏情况下真空吸盘的压力,并研究了风速对于吸盘真空度的影响.在此基础上,为了提高真空吸盘的可靠性,提出采用多种小吸盘的设计方案,研究了不同吸盘形状的吸附效果,并且对真空吸盘作业时船体外板产生的等效应力和变形进行分析.结果表明,采用直边椭圆形小吸盘的方案综合性能最优.研究成果可为真空吸附式自动系泊装置设计提供一定参考.The automatic mooring device is the key to realizing the automation and intelligence of ship mooring.The vacuum sucker is the core component of the vacuum adsorption automatic mooring device,which has a crucial influence on whether it can provide stable mooring force.Based on the existing vacuum adsorption automatic mooring device,the flow field of the vacuum sucker is analyzed by numerical simulation.The pressure of the vacuum sucker under different leakage conditions is investigated,and the influence of wind speed on the vacuum degree of the sucker is studied.On this basis,in order to improve the reliability of the vacuum sucker,a variety of small sucker design schemes are proposed.The adsorption effects of different sucker shapes are studied,and the equivalent stress and deformation of the hull outer plate during the vacuum sucker operation are analyzed.The results show that the comprehensive performance of the scheme with straight edge elliptical small sucker is the best.The above series of work provides a certain reference for the design of vacuum adsorption automatic mooring device.
