摘　　要：Pulmonary arteriovenous fistul a(PAVF)represents an abnormal direct connection between the pulmonary artery and vein,circumventing the alveolar capillary network.A right-to-left shunt in the lungs precluding proper gas exchange and reduces pulmonary capillary filtration.
