摘 要:推动专业学位博士教育产教融合是提升专业学位博士教育质量的关键环节。目前,我国专业学位博士教育的多元参与主体在产教融合的动力激发、聚合、保持和强化阶段还存在内驱力不足、冲突集中、凝合力欠佳、阻碍积重等问题。鉴于此,应充分发挥政府主导作用,加强顶层设计;进一步强化高校主体责任,优化产教融合与人才培养模式;发挥行业企业的市场导向作用,协同创新育人机制;协调多元参与主体间关系,纾解现存融合困境。Promoting the integration of industry and education in professional doctorate education is a key step in improving its quality.Research has found that the diverse stakeholders in professional doctorate education have insufficient motivation,concentrated conflicts,poor cohesion,and significant obstacles in the stages of motivation stimulation,aggregation,maintenance,and reinforcement of industry-education integration.It is suggested that the integration of industry and education be enhanced through strengthening top-level design,playing a leading role by the government;enhancing the main responsibility of universities,optimizing the integration model;leveraging the market role of industry and enterprises,innovating the cultivation mechanism;and coordinating diverse stakeholders to alleviate the difficulties of integration.
