摘　　要：基于扎根理论的方法,深度调研来自北京、深圳、南京、武汉、长沙、海口、泸州、重庆等地区的有关专家并开展半结构式访谈,应用NVivo11.0软件对访谈资料实施三级编码,制定构建出包含核心范畴、主范畴、初始范畴和初始概念的公立医院法治建设评价模型,其中党建引领、管理体系、依法治院、法治监督、法治保障和法治环境是其关键要素,建议将该公立医院法治建设评价模型作为公立医院法治建设情况之评价研究的理论框架和实务工具。Based on grounded theory,semi-structured in-depth interviews are conducted are experts from Beijing,Shenzhen,Nan-jing,Wuhan,Changsha,Haikou,Luzhou and Chongqing.NVivol1.0 software is used to conduct three-level coding of the interview data to construct an evaluation model of public hospital rule of law construction including core category,main category,initial category and initial concept,among which party building guidance,management system,rule of law,rule of law supervision,rule of law guarantee and rule of law environment are its key elements.It is suggested that this model should be used as a theoretical framework and practical tool for the evaluation and research of the rule of law construction in public hospitals.
