摘 要:校医院的医用耗材管理,总体存在库房小、耗材品种不全、管理理念落后、管理方式粗放、信息化管理程度低以及管理制度不全且执行不到位等问题,这主要与高校医院的特殊性、专门性人才的缺乏、医用耗材管理的忽视和医用耗材管理法治思维缺乏等有关。要想解决这些问题,首先须树立科学管理理念,由粗放型管理转向精细化管理,由选择性信息化转向全覆盖信息化,由人治转向法治,由权责分离转向权责一致;继而应加强对供应商的准入管理,建立健全的医用耗材管理制度,规范医用耗材的管理流程,强化一级库房的管理,建设全覆盖的医用耗材信息化系统,同时有必要引入医用耗材管理的奖惩制度。In medical consumables management of university hospitals,there are generally the problems such as small warehouses,incomplete consumables varieties,backward management concepts,extensive management methods,low degree of information manage-ment,incomplete management system and incomplete implementation,which are mainly related to the particularity of university hospi-tals and lack of specialized talents,the neglect of medical consumables management and the lack of legal thinking in medical consum-ables management.In order to solve these problems,we must first establish a scientific management concept,from extensive manage-ment to refined management,from selective informatization to full coverage informatization,from the rule of man to the rule of law,from the separation of power and responsibility to the unity of power and responsibility;then,we should strengthen the access management of suppliers,establish a sound medical consumables management system,standardize the management process of medical consumables,strengthen the management of first-level warehouses,build a full coverage of medical consumables information system,and it is neces-sary to introduce a reward and punishment system for medical consumables management.
