摘 要:城市地铁建设的快速发展必然会使得新建地铁与既有地铁线路存在交错现象,新建地铁施工会对既有线路产生一定影响,需对既有线路进行安全监测。本文为解决传统人工监测在运营地铁安全监测中的问题,采用测量机器人自动化监测系统对下穿地铁隧道进行实时监测,对其“后方交会+极坐标”测量原理进行详细剖析,验证了理论精度能够满足规范及施工监测要求;然后以某下穿地铁隧道监测项目为例,对测量机器人自动化监测系统的适用性及可靠性进行验证。结果表明:正下穿区域沉降变形尤为显著,水平位移和收敛变形相对较小,与施工工况吻合度较高,且自动化监测数据与人工复核成果差异普遍在±1 mm以内,具有较高的可靠性和准确性,能够为下穿地铁隧道安全分析提供准确的变形监测数据。The rapid development of urban subway construction will inevitably lead to the crossing phenomenon between the newly constructed subway lines and the existing subway lines.The construction of the new subway lines will have a certain impact on the existing subway lines,and the safety of the existing subway lines should be monitored.To solve the disadvantages of the traditional manual monitoring in the safety monitoring of the operating subways,this paper uses the automatic monitoring system of the measurement robots to carry out real-time monitoring of the under-crossing subway tunnels,analyzes the measurement principle of “space resection + polar coordinates” in details,and verifies that the theoretical accuracy can meet the requirements of the specification and construction monitoring.Then,the applicability and reliability of the automatic monitoring system of the measurement robots are verified through the monitoring project of an under-crossing subway tunnel.The results show that:the under-crossing aera is particularly significant in regional subsidence deformation,horizontal displacement and convergence deformation is relatively small,which is higher consistent with the construction conditions,and the difference between automatic monitoring data and the artificial review results is generally less than +/-1 mm with high reliability and accuracy,providing accurate deformation monitoring data for the under-crossing subway tunnel safety analysis.
