摘　　要：本文探讨了医疗健康大数据的概念、特点及其在医疗信息化发展中的推动作用,其显著特点在于数据量庞大、类型多样且信息丰富,能为疾病预测、临床决策支持、个性化医疗及科研创新提供强大支撑。通过运用医疗健康大数据,医疗服务的质量和效率得以提升,具体表现在疾病早期预测、临床决策优化等方面;患者体验与医患关系也得到改善,如实现了个性化治疗,促进了医患间的信息共享与信任建立。此外,推动了医学研究与技术创新。然而医疗健康大数据的应用亦面临着隐私保护、数据质量、技术能力及数据共享等挑战。This paper discusses the concept,characteristics,and driving role of medical health big data in the development of medical informatization.Its distinctive feature lies in the huge volume,diverse types,and rich information of data,which can provide strong support for disease prediction,clinical decision-making support,personalized medicine,and scientific research and innovation.By applying medical health big data,the quality and efficiency of medical services are improved,specifically manifested in early disease prediction and optimized clinical decision-making;the patient experience and doctor-patient relationship are also improved,such as personalized treatment and information sharing and trust building between doctors and patients;moreover,it drives medical research and technological innovation.However,the application of medical health big data also faces challenges such as privacy protection,data quality,technical capability,and data sharing.
