摘　　要：目的探讨儿童视功能训练的近视防控效果。方法将2022年8月—2023年8月经本院眼科门诊筛查存在轻度近视并伴有视功能异常的100例儿童患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组使用常规干预,观察组进行视功能训练,对比两组的临床疗效、视力及屈光度等指标、眼调节功能。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后裸眼视力高于对照组,屈光度低于对照组(P<0.05);两组眼轴长度、瞳孔直径相当(P>0.05);干预后,观察组眼调节灵敏度、调节幅度、正负相对调节均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿童视功能训练的近视防控效果显著,能有效改善视力,增强眼调节能力。Objective To explore effect of visual function training for myopia prevention and control of children.Methods The paper chose 100 pediatric patients with mild myopia and visual dysfunction in our ophthalmology clinic from August 2022 to August 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine intervention,while observation group with visual function training.Clinical effect,visual acuity,refractive error,and eye adjustment function was compared between two groups.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,naked eye vision of observation group was higher than control group,refractive error was lower than control group(P<0.05).The axial length and pupil diameter between two groups was comparable(P>0.05).After intervention,sensitivity,amplitude and relative adjustment of eye adjustment in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Visual function training can achieve significant effect for myopia prevention and control of children,can improve vision and enha nce eye adjustment ability effectively.
