摘 要:全球每年侵袭性真菌感染人数高达约655万人,并导致约380万人死亡,其中曲霉菌属肺部感染最常见。由于肺曲霉病在临床和影像学表现特异性不明显,传统实验室检测存在不同程度的检测周期长、灵敏度相对较低等局限,下一代测序、曲霉菌聚合酶链反应等分子生物学检测技术较好地弥补了传统诊断技术的不足,分子生物学技术势必会迎来更广泛的应用前景。The number of invasive fungal infections is as high as about 6.55 million people each year in the world,and it leads to about 3.8 million deaths,among which aspergillus pulmonary infection is the most common.Because the specificity of clinical and imaging manifestations of pulmonary aspergillosis is not obvious,traditional laboratory tests have different degrees of limitations such as long detection period and relatively low sensitivity.Molecular biology detection techniques such as next generation sequencing and Aspergillus polymerase chain reaction have made up for the shortcomings of traditional diagnostic techniques.Molecular biology technology is bound to usher in a broader application prospect.
